Flower Greenhouse Ventilation Solution for Upper-Level Heat Removal

JS square exhaust fans are installed high on the greenhouse wall or at the leeward end. They actively remove the warm, humid air that rises above the flower rows. Different JS models provide airflow from approximately 7,200 to 55,000 m³/h, allowing the exhaust capacity to be selected according to greenhouse volume and required air-change rate.

Low-Level Fresh Air Supply with CFG Duct Fans

CFG duct fans supply fresh air through low-level ducts or filtered inlet openings on the opposite side of the greenhouse. This active supply reduces excessive negative pressure and helps the JS exhaust fans maintain stable airflow. The inlet air should enter at a moderate velocity so that it passes through the growing area without blowing directly onto the flowers.

Creating a Complete Airflow Path Through the Greenhouse

The high-level exhaust and low-level supply arrangement moves air across the planting rows before it leaves from the upper end of the greenhouse. Fan operation can be staged according to temperature and humidity, providing lower ventilation during mild periods and increased airflow when heat or moisture begins to accumulate.

JS exhaust fans are specified for air temperatures not exceeding 50°C and relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
