Y5-47 boiler centrifugal fan
The Y5-47 boiler centrifugal fan is designed for 0.2 to 20 t/h industrial and domestic coal-fired boilers that are equipped with smoke and dust removal systems. This fan is available in three transmission configurations: Type A, Type C, and Type D. The dust content in the conveyed gas should not exceed 150 mg/m³. The temperature of the incoming flue gas should be above 165°C but below 250°C. If the temperature exceeds 250°C, a stainless steel high-temperature boiler fan is recommended instead.
The Y5-47 is equipped with a Type A replaceable motor. General ventilation motors are manufactured to Class E standards, while high-temperature motors are constructed using heat-resistant materials. To enhance heat dissipation, a cooling fan wheel is mounted on the extended shaft between the impeller and the motor housing, effectively blocking heat transfer from the impeller. The Y5-47 features a simple design that facilitates easy maintenance.
